I visited this place three times. I prepay my clothes so that I don't have to worry about it when I am picking up at night. When I went to pick up my third set of clothes, I was notified that the woman at the register had improperly entered my info into the system the previous time and I was asked to pay again.

I will be speaking to management this week and will follow up with how they handled the situation.

I would never recommend a service that cannot manage cash flow. Use this service at the risk of your hard earned money.

One of the worst places in Harlem! They charge extra to put white clothes in a machine, then dark clothes in a separate machine, oh and light clothes in yet another machine.

I WAS a customer for years, until yesterday. I take my clothes in once every 2 weeks and was never disappointed... until yesterday. My whites were stained and dingy and my other clothes smelled like chemicals. When I took them back in and begged to have them re-washed, the response from the manager on the phone was that I could leave them until monday (3days!!!!) and then they would look at the cameras and possibly have them re-washed. POSSIBLY???? You ruined my clothes!!! Well, I was told this was their policy. I informed them I would be in monday with photos of the ruined clothes expecting a refund.

I utilize Baby Girls Bubbles & Cleaners for both their pick-up and delivery laundry service and I do my own laundry there.

In regards to their pick-up and delivery laundry service it's always picked up and delivered at the arranged times, the clothes are always clean and nicely folded. I only had one instance when they returned my clothes without placing them within a plastic bag, so the clean clothes were returned back in the dirty laundry bag.

When I do my laundry there I appreciate that their machines are card operated. The place for the most part is clean and the staff are helpful. I have noticed that the staff have become a bit more aggressive regarding how folks closes the dryer doors. On my last visit there I believed I heard them request at least 10 times within an hour and half for folks to not slam dryer doors. The customers weren't even aware that they weren't closing them properly, so a few signs requesting individuals to shut the doors slowly would beneficial. But other than that the staff are always kind.

You know if you do your own laundry like most people this place works great. I have never done drop off service but the customer service and cleanliness of this place is great. The girls are very attentive if there is anything bad about this place it is the customers who have an attitude that upset me.
