Babu Ramesh MD

I had cervical disc fusion back in 2009. Ever since the surgery, my health quickly deteriorated. I had went back to the office several times to tell Dr. Babu that I was getting pressure in my neck (where the surgery was performed,) that would go into the back of my head that, within hours would go to the top of my head and I would start vomitting. After seeing him about 3 times with the same complaint, I was told by Dr. Babu that what I was feeling had nothing to do with his surgery and I should not return to his office again (even though I never had this before the surgery.) I had requested a MRI by workers comp judges who denied my request. Since that time, I have wound up with MRSA 7 times (the last two almost killed me,) I had started getting utis regularly and pyelonthritus, developed Cold Urticaria (that I NEVER had in my life,) and all of this caused major depression and anxiety, and now am getting seizures. Right before my seizures, I get the same pressure where the metal plate and screws are, the pressure goes into my shoulders and neck which go into my head and I start to vomit, exactly what happened right after the surgery. My anxiety sky rockets causing me panic attacks that lead to the seizures. I am now seeing a neurologist somewhere else who has so far run an EEG on me and will be setting up an mri of my brain. I will also be using my personal insurance to get a MRI of my neck (where the surgery was performed, and my upper back.) I def would NOT recommend this surgeon AT ALL, bc ever since I have seen him I have become really sick and even had to drop out of school and I had one year left before having my bachelors degree. About a year ago I called asking for my medical records from him and the secretary continued to question why I needed them. Needless to say, they were never sent to me. I did find out that I also have nerve damage after the surgery that I did not have before. I now am working quickly to find out what damage has been caused bc the seizures are quite scary. I will be contacting a lawyer and making sure I get All of my hospital records from the time i had the surgery up until now to prove how badly my health has turned around after his procedure. Praying there was no permanent damage caused due to this surgery and that there will be a light at the end of this tunnel, bc frankly, I am soooo tired of feeling sick all of the time and in more pain than I had before I ever had the surgery. My advice for anyone being told they need surgery, if you can avoid it, by all costs do so. There are other methods that can be taken, like say, acupuncture

7 years ago, the doctor gave me an operation on the spine (s6 -s7,) I am happy that at the time it was my surgeon. Thank you very much for your work. I am healthy and happy. ♡♡♡
