The place it's nice and has many baby stuff but a bit to expensive especially the cribs.

This store has some really rude associates , waited 30 mins for someone to show up and help me special order a crib and dresser, when I asked one of the associates if she would be so kind to send someone to help me because we had been waiting for a while now & she responded with " are you going to order something or NO?" My thing is even if I had a question about a product that's not the way you treat a customer , the only reason why I went there was because I had fallen in love with the Disney Collection that's exclusive to Babies R Us , otherwise I would of gone to Buy Buy Baby. This store also has the most disgusting bathrooms I have ever been in, how are you supposed to take a child in there? They smell horrible there's never any tissue paper or soap. For a Million Dollar Company they need to get it together, because that's just a shame that their facilities look like that and that their associates don't know customer service. My visit was on 12-27-2015

Dirty smelly bathrooms. Both women's and men's bathrooms rarely have hand soap. If there's ever any soap... THAT'S A MIRACLE. I'm sure I'm not the only parent who has complained to management. My wife and I have been coming here for a long time and bathrooms are always an issue; if it's not the hand soap it's the smell of it. Why does it have to smell like a port-a-John at a construction site. Besides that, customer service is decent at the registers and if you're looking for a particular item. Their reps are knowledgeable and helpful. HOWEVER, THEY NEED TO REALLY STAY ON TOP OF THE OVERALL CLEANLINESS OF THEIR BATHROOMS.
