great sandwiches (incredible gluten free bread!) and decent coffee/tea. cute aesthetic with a handful of tables, bar seats, and outdoor seats. there are also outdoor tables at the "park" space maybe 50 feet away.

Sunny in both atmosphere and disposition. Friendly and tasty. The breakfast sandwhich is a surprisingly satisfying. Coffee is good. If you are very lucjy you might get a free cupcake. :)
