Stay away! After 13 years my system stopped working. For $250 a tech came and told me it was broke and could not be fixed. Then I get a letter a week later saying $1900 to replace my homes system. Then a few weeks later they call saying I owe them $1700 if I want to cancel the service on my alarm system that does not work. They claimed I signed a 6 year contract in 2001 that automatically renews every 6 years and can only be cancelled in the 30 day period before the 6 years expires. We will be seeing them in a court of law. Hope judge imposes a huge fine on them.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Worst possible experience with this company. Quoted a price of $400 in writing for a day-long comprehensive list of work, never mentioned a years-long commitment once, ever. Once on-site, informed me of an extra minor repair without mentioning extra cost and had me sign a "receipt". 12 weeks later I received a bill for an extra $250 for the repair, which they insisted I agreed to, upon which I asked to pay for all service to date and cancel service - They decided at this point to let me know I signed a 3-year contract in tiny print - the "receipt" for original work. Now threatening to ruin my credit. I had nightmares about this experience.

My alarm siren is on for over 4 hours , called for service 20 times . No respond from service person .I am calling them again .zerooooooo stars
