BIG MISTAKE signing an exclusive with them. Shoshana Tal kept a signed contract with a new buyer on her desk for a month and then tried submitting a 3 year old contract from an old buyer intentionally. After getting the run around from her for months the buyer pulled out and I had to go find a new buyer. When I found a buyer myself, she stopped returning emails and refused to send me my listing agreement which the Bank was asking for.

If anyone is considering working with BH Tal, do yourself a favor and stay away from this evil disgusting joke of a realty office. They are pure scum.

Made an offer, had our offer formally accepted, went into contract and began Board approval, then got an email from Mr. Segall accusing our lawyer of "killing" the deal by including a standard escrow provisions in the contract (and, this was after an entire week of silence on the end of the seller and her team). Subsequently, we learned that Mr. Segall accepted offers from multiple buyers simultaneously and obviously went with the one that suited him and the seller best. This was done with zero regard for the time and money we invested in closing this deal.

Completely unprofessional, completely dishonest, and completely not worth your time.
