B & T 24 hrs ERS

This past Sunday, my car blew its radiator inlet hose, and the timing could not have been worse - I had an important business meeting to get to on Monday morning. I have State Farm car insurance and roadside coverage, and I asked their help line to find me a tow service with a flat-bed truck (my car has all wheel drive and cannot be towed any other way). State Farm recommended B & T 24 Hour Roadside, and I couldn't have been more satisfied. B & T promised to have its truck to me quickly and was punctual. The driver knew how to correctly handle and secure my car, permitted me to reconsider my destination (I dropped the car off at my dealership, which has a key drop, so I could continue to my business meeting) and even gave me a complimentary ride to the train station afterwards. It is a rare pleasure (and a relief in an emergency) to do business with a company that demonstrates professional competence and commercial integrity. I hope I never need a tow again but, if I do, I will use B & T.
