First of all the listed address is wrong. Even though I called ahead for an appointment, they never care to informed me that they no longer were located on New York Ave.
I got there 30 minutes before my appointment time, informed one of the service guys that I was there for an inspection. After about 40 minutes another guy knocked on my window and asked for my insurance. He proceeded to take some photos of my vehicle, then sat in the backseat of my car and proceeded to asking me questions as he read off a clipboard! My response was; Good Morning! and ask him his name. He said his name was Aaron and he doesn't make or like small talk! I let him know that I was not trying to make small talk but merely wanted to know who it was that invited himself to take a seat in my car! He was rude, unprofessional, and unapologetic for his less than human behavior. At the end of it, Aaron rattled off a list of services they provide at his auto shop. Sorry, just because of Aaron's great customer service skills, I will NEVER again use this auto shop for anything in the future, NOR will I recommend them to anyone else! Horrible Place!
