What a joke this place is, owner is a jerk! Insurance is paying for storage and towing and they're giving me and the insurance a super hard time about getting any info or access to the car after they've been told numerous times Progressive is covering it!

The reviews on here tell a similar story of thievery and dishonesty. They're milking our insurance companies for every penny. NJ already pays the highest premiums!
Not the way to do business in 2015....

The labor rate posted on their wall is higher than my Mercedes dealership charges for labor, I knew just by looking at that this place was run by crooks.

Heard more horror stories and angry customers as I sat in the waiting area. I'm sure some people out there stiff you for money or storage fees, but no need to take it out on everybody else. Imagine how much more you would make if you did business the honest way!

Very efficient with their timing, and the driver was very helpful, and kind. He helped me fix my car, and was even concerned about me, and made sure I was okay, and told me to get home safely!

nice tow truck driver and competent towing. But the charge is crazy high! Awful customer service afterwards disputing the incredibly high charges! High way robbery in every way. If you have a choice in towing, which you may not from the turnpike, stay away from B & L if you don't want to get taken.

I called to get my vehicle towed about 10 blocks and the guy on the phone told me he couldn't do it until the next day. When I told him I was hoping to get it done today, he simply hung up on me. Nice. Tip top towing was happy to do it the same day and did a fantastic job. Screw this guy.
