- Poor #20410

Do not bring your vehicle to B & L Auto Body for repairs. It goes in for one thing and they make other problems happen so they can make money off of you that are not true. All they do is rip people off.
Had a problem with one of the owners named Jimmy. He was very rude to us. He is not a business man at all.
I feel bad for the people out of state when they break down and B & L has to tow them in to their shop of business. He tells his employes to make stuff up so they can charge higher price. Do not go to to this place of business, VERY BAD manors and behavior. Stay away if you want to hold money in your pocket.

- Terrible #20411

I was cursed at, threatened, and screamed at by the tow truck driver, Bill. When I called to complain, the lady at the end of the line told me to call back during business hours. 2 minutes later, the lady radioed bill and they both had a good laugh about the situation right in front of me. Bill left me in a deserted parking lot in cold weather at 2am and charged me $50 for dropping me off 6 miles off the turnpike.

These people are the worst. Please for your own safety, do not use them.
