This was my first time in B&H and originally went to buy a new lens and some lighting equipment. This place is HUGE.
Customer service was top notch, just how it SHOULD be in most retail stores. From arriving and asking where the lens department was, all the way to checkout was a very pleasant and vibrant experience. Staff was knowledgeable yet not pushy. I guess maybe because I was with my twin brother, everyone seemed to be in an awesome, happy mood despite the amount of people and other things going on around. We loved every minute there, the overall environment felt welcoming and will be returning very soon.
