Poor customer service. Worst customer service skills ever!

This place is unbelievable! I had to use it because it is on short walking distance from my place. It was a pain in the butt to cooperate with them. I did not have any intentions to write a bad review. I did not, before yesterday. She just pushed me to write this review.
She was rude, she refused to help me for an unknown reason, seemed very stressed and they did not want to explain anything. And then she cursed me out for no apparent reason.
She just refused to help me, and kicked me out. Karma is a bit**. Remember that.
