B & G Gulf

My family has been using B & G Gulf for over 20 years. Reliable and fast service. Always there for their customers to get cars up and running. Has helped us many times in emergency situations. It is great to have a place you can go to that you trust to service your car. Most of their customers are long term patrons.

I have never worst service in my life. I got my car fixed and when I got the bill I could not believe how much I was charge. When I questioned some charges the owner told me to go across the street. I did and found out that he charged me for things that should not have been on the bill. I will never go back again. I can see why it always looks closed. It is the owner. Word of advise if you want bossiness sell or say under new management and never come around.

One of the attendents sratched my bmw and when I confronted the owner all he did was say the they didn't do that and that he would break my neck I would never go back there ever again in my life I think ill be going across the street to the spirit from now on

At first i went to the gas station next to Gulf to get an inspection done on my car, but the owner wasn't there. So i come over to Gulf and the owner (Al Black) said to me " weren't you just over there?". I said yes. then he said "I'm not doing it". i ask why not. he said "because you were just over there." as i was about to leave i said to him nice way of doing business. he then went off threatening me, said how he was gonna bury me in the back of the shop. i was scared for my life and go out of there. i don't know how they are still in business. I think its very important that everyone should know about this to prevent this from happening again. and i hope they get close down SOON!!!
