Not only was install quicker than expected but also they happily took a look at a problem I had with it three days later. Great service, highly recommended.

The staff here was so courteous and professional. They helped me out with pretty much 0 notice. I called at the end of a business day to inquire about an OnStar mirror install. Not only did they answer my call (a competitor on Central Ave, White Plains wouldn't even return my calls. This was a blessing in disguise) but I was told it would be no problem to bring my car in early the next day. I jumped at the offer and no sooner did I finish my breakfast, my car was done. They did an excellent job. I feel like I got a new car! Thank you to everyone at B&G Auto/Alarming Sounds. I have already begun spreading the word and my mom will be in soon for a remote start.

I had my 4 shocks changed, this person was very uncooperative and he fixed the shocks in such a way that the right side front shock broke within 15 days
I would never go to this shop for any of my repairs
