I was dropping off someone to pick up their car in a rain and snow. The worker yelled at the customer they were closing for lunch 3 times and slammed the door in her face. I somehow feel common decency is forever lost. He could have at least offered her a place to sit while they had lunch. It was 36 degrees and sleet raining. I can only imagine what he would do had this happened to his daughter.

If I could give zero stars I would.. this "business" is absolutely horrendous! They give you a hard time for everything and are extremely difficult to do anything with. It appears they drag everything out to collect more storage. When I called to get a status on a vehicle they were holding, they told me to go F*** myself. They hung up on me 3 times, and when I asked for a supervisor the person I was speaking with was not cooperative.
If you ever come across B&C Towing, refuse their service and utilize another tow company.
