I have been to this establishment, sad to say, to many times,,

even though I AM good of a driver, I have had some little things, sometimes bigger than others that needed to be repaired. Getting too close to a drive in wondow at the bank, or a few years back before cell phones,, a pay phone,, how bout the time I backed up into my driveway missing the drive way and hitting the divider,,!
Having always leased cars, they must be in tip top shape when returned, and I have gone in before like so many times hoping things could be fixed to perfection, without costing me an arm and a leg, remember this is a leased car. in my case,, leased CARS..!
Not only was the work always done to perfection.. on all cars...better than new,,, but I never got ripped off, and from being such a repeated customer, they always treated me like FAMILY...!
I have been nothing but thrilled with them, and have recommended them to several friends and clients of mine, who too also came back very satisfied,,!
They are great at what they do, and more so, do it with such CLASS and dignity.!
this is a place that deserves to be recognized as what it is.. a FIRST class place, with FIRST class service and workers,!
you totally need to go there yourself and see for yourself what amazing service and true knowledge you get when going there.

A sleazy bunch at best. They replaced a bumper for me, and painted it poorly, so that the paint all flaked off in just weeks. After much complaining and threatening, they even repainted it, not free, but at "cost". Same result.

I ended up selling the car to my son, who took it to the friend of a friend who does body work. He said these guys had never cleaned the waxy coating off the bumper, according to manufacturers directions, and there was no way any paint would ever stick. That guy repainted it and it's been like-new perfect ever since.

B&C doesn't even know the basics about how to do a good job.
