I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS. This is the WORST COMPANY EVER. Money hungry and it’s so frustrating. I think it’s illegal the way they have their team knocking on people’s door at 8 AM asking for their rent money. I literally live with roaches and mice. &YOU THINK THEY PAY FOR AN EXTERMINATOR ? I cannot wait to move out. My mom had her ceiling fall on her once, and all they did was plaster it up. They need to sued, and the building i live in needs a new management, to renovate this building. It’s disgusting and sad. & I can’t waitttttt to leave. I hate B&B so much.

WORST Management company in ALL of New York City! Will harass you for every cent but will barely EVER fix anything. Will leave you waiting days if not weeks for the most simplest of repairs (i.e. like replacing a fosset knob).

Our WHOLE building is due renovation, the whole building is covered in MOLD which is EXTREMELY toxic to all of our healths and have been affecting us since the early 80s. HUGE lawsuit is being put in the works. Taking pictures of all the mold in each apartment, leaks throughout the building, hazardous materials and a list of witnesses that also live in this building. Even the damn heating only comes for at most ONE hour about three to four times a day, all other hours we have to withstand the extreme cold in the winters.

I SUGGEST ALL TO DO THE SAME. THIS IS OUR HEALTH THEY ARE PUTTING AT RISK! SUE. SUE. SUE!

This is a terrible company. I am only with them because I live with my parents. Get a place with this company if you want your apartment to constantly break down and have no one reliable to call or email.

So heres the deal. Ive lived with this management company for 24 years, not because i wanted to but because im 24 and i was living with my mom. I took over the apartment and still to this day they are as slow as ever fixing things (if they fix them at all) Send letters, go in person, call 311. it doesnt scare them. Now before you ask me, why not just move to a new building, let me say its expensive as hell to find a new apartment. So this is my place until i can move. New tenants, BE WEARY!
