This place should be avoided I read all these reviews and decided to drop off my Citizen not "$10,000" Rolex watch to be repaired the price was excellent only $15, I needed a gasket to be replaced, they even offered to steam clean it and replace the battery. I get a phone call from them saying the battery is $45 at first I was thinking this is some kind of Bait and Switch but because the battery is Eco-Drive not a regular battery I was ok with that. Then I go in to pick up my watch and no one mentions to me that my calendar is not moving and my watch doesn't spin past 12, I found that out while I was in my car, I went right back in and spoke to the manager and they tried to give me some funny story about gulf of Mexico oil and water going on inside my watch when it was 100% operational prior to drop off which they admitted to. The part that got me is he justifies this by telling me they only charged me $15 so I suggested they have their fees changed because I am surely not going to ask him to charge me more but because I was charged less they are not assuming any responsibility on the watch! Sorry I don't have a $10,000 watch to drop off but people beware, I must admit I am also contacting the Better Business Bureau and consumer affairs because you don't treat people this way and get away with it. do not trust this guys with your watches they claim their guys are "over qualified" and wouldn't have messed up my watch.
