I am a first time patient. My experience has been very good. Azi was very sweet, welcoming and informative. Talking to her came very easy, it felt like we've known each other for years. She has taught me a lot about my nutrition and how to better it. Also with the metabolic testing (the Medgem) we were able to determine that my metabolism is a bit slow. We are currently working on speeding it up to get better results with my personal goal. I'm happy that she is very personable and listens to any concerns. She is also very quick in answering phone or emailed questions. I am looking forward to continue working with Azi.

Azi has been helping my husband since October 2015, about 6 months now. He and I attend the appointments together. Azi was able to explain, in regular terms, my husband's problem, and has taken a very reasonable approach with us on how to turn it around. By March, my husband's AC1 level was in the normal range ! We followed Azi's directions, which were 'negotiated' with us, and it worked !! In addition, whenever I had questions, I would email Azi and within 24 hours I received a response back. This helped us tremendously since we weren't sure exactly which new foods we could introduce or try. I would take a photo of the ingredients in the store, and Azi would let me know whether I should buy it. She was truly a real time consultant ! Excellent...she really cares and shows it with actions not just words...
