The first surgery I have ever had was performed by Dr. Glaser. I found him to be both competent and through during his examinations. What impressed me most was his professional manner that permeates throughout his office. The entire staff made me feel comfortable and secure. I travel from North Carolina to make my appointments and I am happy to do so. Dr. Glaser has improved the quality of my life, and I am eternally grateful. I highly recommend his services and I look forward to our association in the future. To the staff, I thank all of you.

I was surprised to read the negative reviews on Dr Glaser and felt a need to post this. I do not think they are describing the doctor that I know and trust. I am a long standing patient of Dr Aylon Glaser and I have only positive things to say about my care. Both the staff and Dr Glaser are easy to work with. The office is beautiful and my experiences with him have been wonderful. Dr Glaser has helped me with my sinus and hearing problems. Because of my experiences with this office, I chose to purchase my hearing aids from Mala, the audiologist who works with Dr Glaser. Even though I no longer live near this office, I travel to see Dr Glaser when I need follow up. My grandchildren also see Dr Glaser and they love him.

Was completely rude to my sick mom. Was impatient with her and short. If someone pays you to take care of them, then you take care of them. We payed the bill just like everyone else. Even this guy's secretary told him, and i quote, "Youre not supposed to treat your patients this way." When your own staff points out how crappy youre being to a patient, then thats saying something. I do not recommend this "doctor" and if there was somewhere i could call to get this jerks license suspended/challenged then i would.

We had an appointment with Dr. Glaser scheduled for Monday at 3:40pm. My three year old daughter fell, hitting her nose. The pediatrician recommended she see an ENT because he believed she may have a cartilage fracture. We scheduled the appointment several days in advance. The day of the appointment my daughter had an accident right before I picked her up from school. I had to change her clothes and called the doctor's office before the appointment, explaining that I was running behind schedule. They told me that if I came fifteen minutes late the appointment would be cancelled--despite filling out all the EXTENSIVE paperwork online before hand. I hit traffic in Hoboken and couldn't make it in time. In my experience, most doctors when they know they are seeing children and more forgiving of the time. I was also told that the doctor had to leave promptly at 4:30. How would the doctor have evaluated my kid and reset her nose, if that was needed, in such a short time?
