HORRIBLE SERVICE!

This is a good go to for quesadilla and tacos and burritos. The food is ready quick they deliver also. Order from here all the time

I am awarding this location one star for the fact they have a vending machine with assorted drinks, my boyfriend and i eat around a lot and never have we encountered food this displeasing. We ordered the ay caramba french fries which were soggy with ametuer can like salsa, burritos which were ok (they were my boyfriends he wasnt pleased but put of everything semi-bearable), microwave tasting rice, and worse than taco bell tasting black beans, the tacos were where i put my foot down. The ingredients were cheap with that unbearable. The manager wasnt even in and we were speaking to a worker who hardly could communicate with us when the manager stormed in spoke rudley to customers on the phone as my boyfriend and i are waiting 15 minutes by then. He finally turns to us and we told him calmly we were dissatiafied with the food. When he snapped "u ordered it what good is it now?" in a highly condescending way and in reply i explained how i would glady pay for everything that i touched and he was answering me very rudley so my boyfriend asked to speak to a manager and that is when he flipped. He threatened to call the police and we said thats fine as we didnt touch what he was forcing us to pay for because "we ordered it" so he called. he was spitful and said if my boyfriend hadnt insulted him he would have dealt with the situation differently when all my boyfriend did was ask for a manager, all in all i reasoned with him and he obviously knew he was getting no where as i didnt touch the portion i returned. He was very moody and taking out his obvious anxietys on customers. The food is better at taco bell no exagerations and if your looking for mexican food i suggest a mom and pop shop the authentic food will reward your tounge like never before. Much better than kraft cheese thrown on a cold wrap worse than a 10 year old would. And on top of that the managers actions were very poor.

I can't belive that I have lived in long beach for almost a year and today is the first time I ate here. Where have I been? Great doesn't quite do justice to this place. Wow! DELICIOUS AND FRESH FOOD! Well worth the wait.

The guy at the counter funny as hell. Love it now if they would open one near me.
