My experience was not good with this dealer. The salesman is not helpful. They do not let you test drive car for more than 5 minutes so you do not get enough time to know the car engine and performance. The sales man is try to rush the buying process rather than try to know what customer needs.
Be careful with carfax, sales man may show you another car report(which is better report) and then say oh it was by mistake !!
I would not recommend to buy car at this place.

Our salesman was Alex. He is very unprofessional. We were just trying to get work done on the car that we have in writing promising to fix when we purchased it. Does not return phone calls. Says he will call back and never does. But I guess that's what you get from a run down used car dealership

After several months of searching for the right car, we found Axis Auto Group. As soon as we got there, the staff was very friendly and willing to work with both my husband and I on the right deal. My husband loves a challenge and has always been the type of person who pushes the sales staff to the limit when bargaining for the best price. Many dealerships wouldn't even entertain his suggested dollar amount. With Axis Auto Group the entire experience was completely different. The staff was super friendly, and willing to work with my husband. He was satisfied with the final cost and I was super excited to have been able to drive out of the lot with the car that I had been wanting plus more. And did I mention a few thousand dollars less than any other dealer that we had gone to. After an exhausting four months of searching for the right car and right dealership, I'm glad we found Axis, I highly recommend them. The staff including the owner go above and beyond to make your experience pleasant, I highyl recommend them and would definitely go back.
