The main guy who works there is the biggest jerk. Do not expect good customer service. I simply asked for the price of a pair of shoes and asked where they were made, and he did not respond kindly.

It's real nice when a guy who sells shoes for living tells you if you need to ask the price maybe the shoe isn't for you...thanks buddy, maybe I'm wearing scrubs because I made more money this morning before you opened than you made in the last 6 months...good sales technique.

Leather boots purchased for $400 were beautiful, but they needed repairs after 1 year. I sent them back and was told it would take 2 days to fix. Nearly 3 weeks later, I still do not have my boots back. After they were sent to the wrong address in a different city, my phone calls were not returned, and when I did get through to them, I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience and a nuisance as they were very busy. I was also told “I should be more patient”. A phone call with an update would have gone a long way; and a little less negativity and ‘woe is me’ attitude would have made my Avitto experience more pleasant.
