Absolute nightmare, made the mistake of bringing my SUV here for 4 tires and brakes, picked it up, air was leaking out of one of the valves, the brakes were locked, a day later, after hours of sitting on hold, being transferred to nowhere, I picked it up again. 2 days later all the air leaked out of the passenger front tire, another 1/2 day wasted, only to have the same problem. I was told I need a new wheel? on a 5 year old truck. Never again, nightmare, horribly run, no ones knows anything about your car, you have to re explain the situation 500 times, a totally junior run operation. Shame on you Sears.

went in for an oil change and was talked into the $99 tire rotation/oil change/etc/special. was promised it would take 1 hr. came back after 2 hrs and no phone call (they said they would call my cell when it was finished). it was still not done.
i waited for at least 15 minutes with not a single person glancing over or ever speaking to me. i tried the auto store, after no attention there i walked into the work area, finally got someone to talk to me and the car was not finished! after another 30 mins i got my car back, AND
its all out of whack now! aaaaaaaargh! the steering wheel is shaking like crazy, and its never done that before. i wish i couldve turned right around but was already late. i just called and they said that "they did not know what i was talking about" so i guess i will be wasting another several hours when i go back to deal with this tomorrow!
