Avis Car Rental

The worst car rental service I have ever experienced.
Made a reservation ahead of time came in and the had no cars in the lot . He was trying to tell me I have to wait like an hour to have a car become available at a different location and wait for someone to come and drive me there for another 30 minutes.

Temperature outside is about 80 degrees no A/C they had a ceiling fan but wouldn't turn it on we were melting in there for almost an hour like 10 costumers and a pregnant lady among us exhausted, dehydrated since everything around was closed and we weren't offered even a glass of water .

Now let's talk about the smell the place had a horrible smell .

Never will I rent a car from a place like this again in my life !!!

Pathetic service, most unfriendly and discourteous staff. Don't even think about renting from this location

The worst car booking center, booking was confirmed from last 1 month for mini van.
Just before the travel date got a call that car is not available and had to cancel the full trip.
Avoid this rental at any cost

Anyone who have USAA membership should not come to this place cause they think you should have a physical USAA membership card.
