THE WORST PLACE TO BUY ANYTHING !!
I purchased a crib mattress , was told I was gonna get it the latest, in a week. So I kept calling asking it was excuse after excuse and I never got my mattress. I went in person I called and nothing. Very Unprofessional

This store is the worst furniture store. I bought a bed from here and was having problems with it in the first few hours. The bed was put down uneven and the headboard wasnt properly put together. The metal (helps hold the bed up) to the headboard was dented and the mattress was starting to become uncomfortable. I called the store and it took them a little over 2 weeks to come check it out. 2 guys came and said that 1 of them would be bck later to pick up the headboard and send it to the warehouse to be fixed. Smh, i heard nothing from them for about ANOTHER WEEK. When the guy finally came back, he took the metal off the headboard (left it in the middle of the floor) and lowered the bed frame. HE WASNT SUPPOSE TO TAKE OFF THE METAL. HE WASNT SUPPOSE TO LOWER THE BED. Instead of sending it out and having it fixed, of course theyd rrather save money and b.s me.. The problem was that the men didnt put it down right and had the frame hanging on the metal. Now the bed is dented, remind u its a pillow top, and laying on it is like laying on the box sprain. Avenue Furniture said theirs nothing they can do. Wait until i find the right people to tell this to.

I purchased a bedroom set in Avenue Furniture on 2/16/13 . Everything was fine till the bed collapsed in the middle of the night while I was sleeping !! I personally went in the next morning which was 7/15/13 and spoke to the secreatary and she told me " depending on how the bed is ,we will give you the guarantee". she also told me not to move the bed at all ,because they have to send somebody and check it out .well we had to wait 4 day !! till that person came . After I insisted in calling them to remind them I was still waiting !! So for 4 days I had to sleep in the floor !! So I called on 7/18/13 and finally got them to come out to see the bed ..They came and took pictures and said they had to show there boss ..i waited a couple of hours and called to see what happened .So I was told by the secretary that the owner saw the pictures and said "we broke the bed "!!! Can you belive that ! Why would I call them to come take a look at a bed that was broke because of movement .The wood split off the frame ,it seemed it was damaged already.Long story short ,they assembled the furniture, So they should be held accountable.Its been only 5 months since I purchased the bedroom set. They dont want to offer me any assistant. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE !!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!
