I had a great experience getting my hair colored today. Two level 3 students gave me exactly what I wanted - they were very good at listening to my desired outcome while still being able to make suggestions. Both were very attentive, fun, and pleasant to be around. I'm sad they'll be graduated from the program by the next time I go. As long as you don't have anything too complicated in mind when you go in, I think the students do a great job.

I called this school and spoke with a CASHMERE SHE WAS SO RUDE TO ME SHE LAUGHED AT ME WHEN I ASKED FOR A MANAGER. I WAS ASKING HER ABOUT THE PROGRAMS THE SCHOOL OFFERS. HER ANSWER WAS WELL LIKE WHAT DO YOU WANT TO KNOW. I SAID OK YIUR SKIN CARE PROGRAM CASHMERE ANSWER LOL LIKE WHAT ASK ME A QUESTION. ITS SUCH A DISCUSSION WITH HER. THIS SCHOOL IS NOT A GOID ONE AT ALL IF YOU GET RUDENESS FROM DAY ONE OVER THE PHONE. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A SKIN CARE SCHOOL TRY CHRISTINE VALMY THEY ARE LAZY BUT NOT RUDE. OVER THERE

Good price for hair dye. Takes forever but it's worth it for the price! Been going here for 4 years, the color always comes out great. The only drawback is that it takes a few hours since they have to be supervised.

I'm sorry.... over 15 minute wait outside of the appointment time... then on top of that... over 2 freaking hours for a simple men's touchup?!!?!?!?!??? The pattern is already there... just clean it up! Ridiculous. We won't be coming back.

Surprised to see the bad reviews. My experience was good.. I was happy with my haircut by Stephanie and thinking to call about color now. I always liked Aveda for color. She was at 'level 1' so had very little experience but did a terrific job. The haircut grew in nicely. The instructors were hands-on. The atmosphere was busy but relaxing for me and informal. The nice thing about it is that I didnt have to get the haircut that the class was doing.. it was custom. It's not easy to find an affordable haircut these days.
