Avant Care Physical Therapy, P.A.

Ms. Singer was fine when I started therapy. However, as her practice has grown, she has less time for patients and many patients have been handed off to a part time therapist. That is unfortunate. Please also be aware that if you call in to cancel therapy "too late", you will be billed $25 dollars for each instance, even if you are sick and unable to make it, Too bad.

I had a very bad ankle fracture and was referred to physical therapy post-surgery. My surgeon's office highly reccomended Diana at Avant Care. After the cast was removed, my foot was stiff, swollen and extremely painful. I didn't think i would ever walk properly again. Thanks to Diana, after about 3 months of extensive therapy I have regained the use of my foot again. I would highly recommend her, she does outstanding work!

Diana at Avant Care was wonderful! She gave me the confidence to start using my right arm after the trauma of falling off a mo-ped. Thanks to Diana, I have fully recooperated and am back to my ol' vivacious self! She was ready to help whenever needed, I couldn't have asked for a better therapist!

I had a major car accident which impacted my middle and lower back. Due to this I could neither bend an inch nor could I stand more than Ten minutes at a stretch. I could not lift even a pound !!!
I walked in Dianna’s office with the above symptoms.
After first four sessions I was 25% better. She kept on working on my back and after 24th session I played a 4o minutes Soccer game.
Before I started the therapy, I had sleepless nights. However, with the treatment I received from Diana sometimes I fell asleep and snored during the physical therapy session. 
Diana has the highest standards for excellence in her field and she is an excellent professional who cares greatly for her patients. The personal attention I received from Diana at Avant Care Physical Therapy was an exceptional and it provided me with tremendous results.
One thing I learnt during my therapy is that “Never Argue with your therapist. Just trust her and follow the instructions she suggests. You might not be comfortable in following the instructions at the moment however very soon you would see the results.
Hats off to Diana for helping me bring back my mobility and strength just within Two months. This took me by surprise as I initially thought it would be several months before I could be in my normal life.
I would like to thank Dianna for her sincere efforts and care she and her staff provided to me while undergoing physical therapy at Avant Care Physical Therapy facility.

I sprained my ankle on my birthday weekend, I was out of commission for about a month but now my ankle is stronger than ever! My pain was relieved almost totally after 2 weeks. The building is clean, and tidy. Diana is very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I will recommend this place to anyone I know who is in need of Physical Therapy. Thanks again! ~Kristen T.
