Love it here! Everyone is friendly, anytime a maintenance request is put in they take care of it within 24 hours (even faster most of the time), and the apartments are spacious and beautiful.

I put in a request late last night for a leaky pipe under the kitchen sink, maintenance came out first thing in the morning. Rod & Phil were great and extremely courteous. There were several issues with the pipes but they were able to fix promptly. Thanks!

Been living in Avalon Westbury for a year (apt 1404). Steve has been great at making sure all our maintenance needs are handled quickly and efficiently. Rod has also been great at fixing things quickly. This is a great neighborhood to live in and we have had no problems here. Would highly recommend Avalon.

We have lived at Avalon for four years and it has been a wonderful experience. I was new to the New York area when I moved here and instantly felt welcome from the first time I met Vinny. He has been the constant in the office during our time here but you have added some really personable people to your staff. I really like the friendly atmosphere in the office as well as the prompt attention to maintenance requests. This is a nice place to call home!
Just had maintenance work completed by Rod today (5-17-16) and it was great. Prompt response and was even shown how to handle issue if it happens in the future.
