Love living here. Besides the beautiful grounds, everything is top notch including the exceptional staff. Thanks to everyone in the office for helping make the last two years so memorable. Gina & Tim are an amazing team. I would also like to thank Alex from Maintenance for always taking care of things in my apartment in a timely manner and especially for rescuing my dog Fred when he pulled a Houdini and escaped from my apartment. Talk about handling a situation with care. I am grateful to have been able to spend the last two years here. Truly easy and stress-free living!

Day one living here and already Avalon's Maintenance Guru Alex has come through for us where National Grid could not. Stayed for our move and made sure my pregnant wife had a stress free (as stress free as a move can be when National Grid tell her they don't care that she and her husband and three year old won't have hot water or heat for three days) experience.
