Avalon Riverview North

We have been residents at Avalon Riverview North for more than 2 years. Loving our experience at the building. The staff here is great! Special thanks are to Toby (maintenance crew) who is super knowledgeable, professional and overall a great positive person! Kewin, Howard and Alina (concierge team) are always very attentive, polite and helpful! Many thanks to you, guys!

We just renewed our lease for a second year at Avalon Riverview. There are so many great things I could say about the living here, but the best part is the wonderful staff and prompt service. I had an an issue this evening with a blown fuse and Joshua came at 8:30 pm to fix it. He noticed my microwave light was out and came back a second time this evening to replace it. Thanks, Joshua!

I have had excellent service here, from the initial application, smooth, hassle-free move-in, prompt maintenance response, and the great concierge desk.

Anthony M. At the front desk knows us all by name, greets us with a smile, and always helpful, patient, and kind, no matter what the request! He meets all of our needs and requests. The children and dogs are particularly fond of him. He always give us full attention and prompt responses to our needs.

The maintenance crew is outstanding. Friendly, knowledgeable, and always on top of any maintenance issue I report., which are addressed in very timely fashion and always done correctly. Great maintenance staff at Avalon North. Toby and Amica have been especially helpful since we moved in and we appreciate their help assistance. They are definite asset to this organization.

Also like to commend Anthony at front desk for his assistance in helping us deal with my partners recent accident. He has gone out of his way to insure that we have transportation to occupation therapy appointments, as well as following up to insure we had everything needed to cope with this situation.. The entire front desk staff have been superb in assisting up during this ordeal, especially in providing emotional support to both of us. They have become good friends and people we can count on to help us. Thank you.
