First rate apartments and amenities but the best thing about living at Avalon Garden City is the staff. They work hard to make it a great place to live, welcome our guests, maintain the grounds the way I would in my own home, and attend to maintenance needs for our apartment immediately when they arise.
They are friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and make living here fun and easy. I knew it would be a nice place to live but I never expected the kind of service we get which is easily the equivalent of a five star hotel.

I moved into Avalon back in February of 2015.
In the past year I would say it has been an absolute pleasure living here at Avalon.
Both Lindsay and John in the office and Chris in maintenance have always been there for me.
I first met Lindsay when I was looking to move here, and she has been an absolute pleasure to deal with.
She made my move in process smooth as can be.
John on the few times I have needed assistance with maintenance issues has very responsive to my needs.
And Chris who handles the maintenance not only gets it done in a timely manner but will follow up to make sure everything is ok.
