This place is awesome. The concierges are great. The maintain crew are great and good at what ever issue you may have in your apartment. The office staff are very nice and helpful. I been living here for a year now and this by far is a really nice place to live. It quiet, and clean.

I´ve lived at the Avalon for nearly two years. I just renewed for my third year. Besides loving this part of town, I feel very comfortable living here.I live in a studio apartment, which is fairly spacious. All the people that work in this building are very friendly, from the front office, to the doormen, to maintenance. All the people that work here are very professional and just super pleasant. Whenever I´ve had any issues with the apartment or any other matter, the staff solved those issues immediately. Would definitely recommend it!

a little pricey for the space and few amenities, not that well constructed, seems rushed. Nicer buildings in the area, not as modern but more space and better built..
