Avalon at Wesmont Station

Worst place to live ever. Please do not rent from any avalon. If i would've known how this place is i will never in my life rent from them. They only want money for everything they DO NOT take any consideration for their tenants. They only want your money. At Westmont Station the hallways are always dirty, they stink like dog extremely bad all the time, you pay so much money for rent and they don't even clean. They only take time to address stupid stuff and yes is true the office cant never help i don't even know why are they there for if all they do is sent you to call the corporate office, which are even worst. They don't considerate anything for you at ALL. Also the want to charge all this money for parking and make you believe that the parking lot belongs to the town and that you cant park after 11pm but is all about them getting your money. Very slick people. Do not waist your time and money at this place.

Place is absolutely awful. Any positive posts on here are from the management and staff at westmont Avalon. Fire alarms always go off due to the horrible construction and layout of the horribly built building. Have been here for three years and they haven't done anything to fix this poorly constructed building that's made of paper. The parking situation is awful and never enforced by management. Peoole without parking passes park in the spots which causes residents who do pay for parking not find parking. Have emailed the management several times and not surprisingly never received an answer. Have been here for three years not out of choice but will for sure never ever consider Avalon again and will never ever recommend to anyone. Trust me!!!! Don't rent! It's so bad

Great property. Nav is a awesome manager.

My shower knob was damaged while trying to turn off the water.
One of the techs came to fix the problem in 30 mins.
He was very kind and fixed my knob fast.

Do not rent. Horrible staff that are only their to sell apartments and have no interest/ability in helping their tenants they only send you to Avalon corporate who are only out for your money and will try to sneak in hidden charges any way that they can. Avalon makes cheap cheap cheap apartments in quality with a very high rice tag. At first glance the apartments look nice and spacious however after living here for not even two years (and moving in when the unit was brand new) the walls are cracking the carpets, have mountains in them the paint rubs off if you barely run your hand across them, the floors shake like an earthquake from neighbors beside you, the hot water constantly goes out, you hear everything from your neighbors and smells come through the walls. Don't think about having guests stay as they will be ticketed or towed. Promises of a train station and retail never happened as that was only a sales tactic to get the apartment.
