Best decision to move here from Manhattan. New building with lots of services and amenities in the building:
- I love the extra facility for dogs (self-grooming area and a dog park!)
- Chill lounge
- Awesome rooftop
- Dry clean in the building
- 24 hrs front desk
- Ava Brew Store access from the building

Oh, not to mention how close it is to the subway (ACEFR). Definitely recommend to check out the place!

My boyfriend and I recently moved here from Manhattan and always love coming home to our beautiful new apartment. We live in layout D and it is bright, open and a breath of fresh air. Every detail of this building has been executed beautifully to give its tenants a lovely home filled with incredible amenities. The caliber of the staff here is unmatched as everyone is always friendly, courteous and quick to respond to any issues.

The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is because of the heating and air conditioning units. They work just fine and cool the apartment down quickly but they are just so loud which is distracting when you are trying to entertain or just read or watch TV. It may be nit picking but that just shows how great this building is since that is the only thing I can find to complain about.

The building is gorgeous and brand new, and the leasing staff is excellent, especially Lauren. She was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the process.

So far, the amenities that are open are great, especially for dogs. There are dog washing stations, and a private rooftop dog park that is very clean and well maintained. There is a lounge on the seventh floor that is great for working from home, or renting out for a party.

Everything in the building is very well managed and the staff is very friendly. This place has its stuff together!
