I've been living here for 2 years now and I absolutely love it! My town home is adorable, and I always get compliments from my guest. We have a lovely balcony that we have dinner on in the summer time.
I also love that it's a new community parked right in front of an Extended Stay Hotel which is very convenient if you have overnight visitors. Bummer is that the hotel allows pets and sometimes their guests walk their pets in our community which is a no-no.
My interaction with the Autumn Hill staff has been fantastic. My husband and I have not had much done in terms of maintenance, but I can tell you Pablo is very, very responsive and polite.
The neighbors are friendly and pretty much keep to themselves. It's a diverse community and the grounds are lovely. It's very peaceful except when there are ball games which I don't mind one bit. I love hearing the sound of the kids having fun at the park. By the way, the park is across the parking lot! It's clean and so cute with a picnic area, pond, play area for kids, various courts and walking track. It's so refreshing to come home and not hear the city noise!
The Woodbridge train station is only 8 minutes away and it is very convenient to the shopping center, grocery, store, mall, restaurants, and highways.
Since being here I do have two concerns-the walls a bit thin and the overflowing trash bins. I can hear my neighbors next door and downstairs. Mostly my neighbor downstairs because she has children. I met her and her children so it's good. As for the overflowing trash bins that has to do with folks putting too much garbage in them and not putting the rubbish in plastic bags.
There are visitors and neighbors who speed through the parking lot as if they're on the main road which is a bit disturbing but other than that it's a wonderful community to live in.
You will not be disappointed in your investment. Autumn Hills does have lovely town homes.
