If I can give 0 stars I would, the staff here have the worst attitude. I asked Darwin to check out my battery & he completely brushed me off with a dismissive attitude told me the machine is broken. I've been coming here for over 7 years because it's near my house now I won't step in there for air fresheners. I advise everyone to go to Advanced Auto Parts down the street where they know how to treat customers.

Nothing, very unprofessional. They have no clue on how and what to order, they placed my order three times and still got it wrong.
I will never go back there again.

AWFUL experience, ordered online and when I came they didn't have it ready. They passed my confirmation from one to another until somebody went to find my already paid items. They are rude people, brought the items to my car and took stuff out from my trunk to make space meanwhile they called police and claimed I was trespassing private property. WTF?! Since when customers are trespassing! Nasty attitude

staff uses the computer to look up parts. they also pawn off work to other staff. I was tossed around from different worker to the next. I ordered a part a week ago and they say it is still at the HUB and that it will be in today. Well still no part yet. there is a great auto store run by a private owner a few establishments down. He will put AutoZone to shame!
