Fantastic Customer Service I notice that they're constantly busy and a bit unstaffed but that does not make their work any worse. I needed to get a check engine light checked even though the store was full of shoppers and the employee took his time to make sure I got the right answers to my problem.

Idk if the times have changed but I'm sitting in the parking lot this early because I just got out of work and I'm not going home to get back up. So I came to autozone at 7:20am and it states that the store opens at 7:30am. It's 7:41am and the store is still not open. Irresponsible manager let me tell you. Oh wait someone's opening the door and it takes the dude long to get the damn key. Be responsible people if you are a manager or owner of a store and it says it opens at 7:30 you should be at your store at 7.

The guys went above and beyond and really care about their customers. I had an issue of what I thought was battery related but turned out to be the starter/ignition. Many thanks

Haven't had a problem with the workers as of yet. The workers were quite helpful in checking my battery and giving me helpful advice for my car and to save me money.

the mananger of the store has the worst attitude to treat and help customers."Dale V" is his name. i hope a senior mananger send somebody to check on this guy. im a mananger and i can tell this guy has no training in customer service at all.he doesn't know customers money is what keep that place in business and his paycheck comes from it too.
