The staff are very helpful they are always able to find the parts I need for my car. Even when I only can describe the part I need by the sound my car is making or hand sign, there is no problem with the language just bad apples that walk in the store demanding services when they have no clue of what kind of car they drive.

Horrible customer service. Unfriendly staff and these guys were backed up when they only had 6 customers in the store. Giving staff some training and some english lessons would've helped.

Employees here are ghetto and because of that their customer service skills aren't the best. One day you can be in and out in 10min and another day your waiting in line for 30min while all the employees are stairing at you pretending to be busy and run in the back to hide. I know drive to a further Autozone just because the employees their are a million times better.
