Well I went to get light bulbs for my vehicle and the employee couldn't assist me with my search. Very disappointing so I left and went to advance auto where they were able to assist me.

Wow, worse customer service ever. I have been a loyal customer of Autozone for years, and I have never experience such bad attitude. Walked in, two workers only one customer yet I get ignored, right this lady finally decided to ask me if I needed help I proceed to explain that my car head light is off and I bough a expensive pair here not so long ago and now is out, I asked if they could inspect the car light, she stopped me right away and said that they don't do that, that the weather is bad outside, that there is only two of them working in the store, which was empty, no wonder why, she said sorry we can't help you, I said when did you guys stopped inspecting the cars? Sorry we don't check head lights, I said ok and walked away. I'll never come back to this location. Other locations have great customer service but here is just the worse so far.
