The worker named John was very nice and helpful to me. They do answer the phone like it was there personal cell though. The person that answered asked what I was calling for like I had called there personal cell phone which wasn't very business like and and didn't ask me how they could help me. Inside the store the best thing about the place is the nice guy that works there named John that was very pleasant and helpful inside.

I called them up to find out if they had bumper guards. The man who answered sounded as if he were answering his personal cell phone. when i asked my question, his response was " no, we don't" the way he answered took me a back. It was very rude.
