Walked in on a employee screaming at customer, "who do you think you are"
The older guy was waitting outside for supposed help to comeout for 15 min, and as he came in he noticed that they simply forgot about him, he than walked up to same person and said "are you going to help me" as he pointed outside. I guess he came across frustrated (as anyone would be). Thats when the rep went nuts.

All happened while im standing in line, waitting to pay.

Hey idiot, who he is? Its called a customer.
Infact who are YOU, You work as cashier in autozone, you in no position to talk like that to people especially customer who just simply expecting you to do your job. If its too much for you, just quit. Probably felt like a real macho man after that one. Good job!

Did a return was to be credited to my account. Its 4 weeks later . Called corparate office they said its under investigation. Rude and disrespectful when I tryed to make a return. Where is my 71.75. They need to return my money and then do investigation who's employees pocket got my money.

poor customer service... nobody smiles to your face nobody answer your questions properly i don't feel i am a customer in there .there was a rude short black cashier guy he gave me wrong battery and charge one of the item double, i stopped by to the store 2 more times because of him. do your job properly or leave, why the company keep irresponsible lazy people like this... i really don't understand. Every month I spend more than $100 in that store till that day.. now on i'll check local and online stores. similar things happened in R&S strauss stores now the company bankrupt. if your employees are not customer friendly then you wont get people come back.
