This place is horrible. Poor and careless customer service. They try to cut corners on everything. I would definitely not use these guys

This company should be OUT OF BUSINESS! My vehicle was reported stolen on may 23rd,2015 and this company picked it up of a ramp of the major deegan only 3 days later(may 26,2015) they send me a letter notifying they had my car by August 10,2015!!!!!!! Almost 3 months later, asking that I pay them all these storages fees????? They wouldn't reason with me, they told me a bunch of lies and to this day they still have my car! I'm taking them to court now in November and hopefully a judge will rule in my favor so I could get my car back! No one will get out of my head that it was one of their drivers who stole my car in the first place cause I was parked by the highway when my vehicle was stolen!!! They are crooks!!!! God have mercy on their souls for all the harm they have done and all the stress and heartache I've been through

Customers avoid using this company. These people towed my truck without axle or shaft pulled!!!
They damaged my truck and charged me $785 for towing truck for distance of 1 ml.
TERRIBLE services!!!!

Terrible services. The driver failed to remove the drive shaft before towing the truck out of hwy. Automatic transmission with I-shift could be damaged.

Horrible service. Screamed at by dispatcher. After accident in my neighborhood in manhattan, told that had to tow car to their lot in Bronx. They would not drop off at dealer 15 blocks away. Took forever to obtain receipt for insurance. BEWARE!!!
