Auto Transport 123

One of the worst experience I had with a company and after dealing with them, I decided not to ever deal with a broker for transportation needs. The sales man, Rodney Reed contacted my regarding my transportation request that was posted online. I had a last minute transportation request so the they charged me a premium for the service, which I agreed to pay given that they are able to move the vehicle in the two day time window I requested. The salesman Rodney Reed assured me that there is a truck enroute from Boston and can most likely will be able to pick my car within the two days. I repeatedly asked him if there are any charges if they failed to provide me with a service and he repeatedly assured me that there are none. He even put his supervisor on, which I later learned was his fellow salesman Jason.

They failed to transport my car in the desired time, however worse than that they cancelled my order and charged me a $100 cancellation fee, which is listed in the fine print of the order. It seems to be their MO as when they cant make money off you by moving they cancel orders and charge cancellation fees. The irony is they didnt even cancel my order and infact some one else order. When I looked at the cancellation email, it appeared that while the name on header of email was mine, the order number, vehicle make, year, pick up location and destination were all different. It was someone else order and they charged me a cancellation fee.

I have reported the issue to AG office in new york and the FMSCA but the time and effort wasted cant be recouped.

Absolute liars and fraudsters.

I have not had any issues with Auto Transport 123. Everything was explained very carefully. When I had questions they were answered very fast, and everyone was very polite and very patient with me, as this being the first time I needed a service like this. They made the whole process easy to understand. I would recommend them to anyone needing this kind of service. You won't be disappointed with Auto Transport 123!

This is a very good company to do business with. The agreed quote remained the same. There were no extra fees ..I really enjoyed hiring a family owned company. .Thanks for the great service.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. This company is a scam. They don't know how to relate with customers. I contacted them the first time and and they kept on calling me and a lady called Lee was talking to me until I gave them my debit card number. They told me my car would be picked up 3 days later which I agreed but they never picked up the car as they promised and when I called the carrier they emailed me the number, he lied that the car has been picked. I called Lee back and when I started asking why my car was not picked up, she hanged up on me and never picked me call again. I ended up paying storage and had to get another towing company picked up my car.

I asked them for the $275 they charged my card but they never refunded the money and I had to contact to my bank and told them the company scammed me cos they bridged the agreement in the contract.

STAY AWAY FROM AUTO TRANSPORT 123. THIS COMPANY IS ALL ABOUT SCAM.
