I have known Mark for almost 3 years. We have collaborated on projects in the past. He helped me develop myself as a professional trainer and consultant. I still look up to him as one of many of my mentors. He is the best phone trainer that I have ever witnessed because he knows how to light up a room with his positive energy and engaging manner. He can relate to people and that is why I think he is great.

I have worked with Mark for going on 15 years and he has the unique ability to be ahead of the market. His techniques are leading edge - giving his clients new and fresh approaches - combined with his ability to engage students make him in my opinion one of the BEST trainers in the auto industry.
