- Terrible #23539

The salesman sold me a unlocked Samsung phone, told me that I couldn't get insurance on it.. Without telling it was unlocked, he called MetroPCS was coaching the agent over the phone..,he sold me a lower model of the phone i brought..don't go there, if you do. Be aware if the phone is unlocked... Or not..
