I went to buys Galaxy S6, and as usually they didn't have it because they never have anything. But the guy there said that he could get it from the warehouse but you know .....we have to charge you for the fuel .....!!! this and that!!!!! How does it sound? ----- I went out running not walking

first I'll start off by there false hiring , for weeks you see a sign saying help wanted looking to hired polish or Spanish speaking people then when you start working for then saying make you work 8 hours of free training and no pay for weeks. they never stay in contact with you and expect for you to have whatsup in order to communicate with there employees, find that kind of odd, and 2nd had my girlfriend did a trade in for her Samsung galaxy s3 and it was more like a switch and bait scam, she trade her phone and got 2 phones that's worth under 40 dollars and a blue tooth and on top of that one of the phone could not function properly, when she return her phones in and request to get her phone back they refuse meanwhile for return policy says clearly less then 20 days , be aware of they hiring scam they hire put in behind the desk and promise you a job and you never get one, and before you trade in your phone always check online to see if your phone is match and it's worth it, stay away from this metro pcs store shady buiness

I came into the store because the store on myrtle ave is a piece of sh*t. They didn't want to help me with anything. I later met a sale associate which I believe he said his name was Joshua. He was spanish Let me tell you , he's an awesome guy. He helped me get started with a new phone. he gave me the best price around due to other people over charging for phone that shouldn't be over charged. This store is overall great and I would highly recommend anyone to go to the store. There's also another polish boy named Mark I believe which is also has good as Joshua. Please do not waiste your time at myrtle ave. metro pcs they will rip you off and do not care about their customer as of freshpond.

Let me preface this review by saying we have been a Metropcs customer for four years and we paid thousands of dollars over the year for service. We recently got a text message that our phones were going to be disconnected and we had to go to a store for an upgrade and that through rebates and other offers the new phones could be free. We went in there traded the old phones in and got brand new ones, later I found the same phone online, we paid about one hundred dollars cash. This new phone was thirty-nine dollars! I called Metropcs customer support and I talked with someone called Samantha who told me that the store should honor the online price, I also asked from when this promotion was valid, they told me it was "ongoing." We went to the store and the girl and guy we talked to said they couldn't help us and the guy texted his boss, we I also complained that we received a SPANISH Receipt THE WHOLE THING WAS SPANISH, We were then told we paid sixty-nine credit and sixty cash when this was not the case. Then I came in today to try to resolve this issue, the guy talked to his boss (on the phone never in person) and told me nothing could be done about this, when I asked why I was told there was NO RECORD OF THE SALE, I showed the Spanish receipt (I was told they have had only Spanish receipts for over a moneth) then I was given a odd response of something about the boss not knowing who bought the phone, when, and who got the commission. I called Metropcs about this issue and filed a complaint and I am going to have to go back to the store a fourth time and put the Metropcs agent on speak phone to resolve this issue.
BOTTOM LINE
DO EVERYTHING ONLINE BUY YOUR PHONE ONLINE, PAY YOUR BILL ONLINE, THIS STORE DOESN'T SEEM TO CARE ABOUT METROPCS CUSTOMERS giving us, people who are clearly not Spanish a Spanish receipt and not honoring a promotion and alienating customers who have spent thousands over the years over SIXTY BUCKS is a joke

It is horrible place. People lie and stolen many. They Don t say true. in my opinion it s better go to fe.greenpoint than there.
