Amongst the wonderful purchases I made a mistake and bought something as a gift my daughter already owned! The owner took it back and credited me with the amount for an alternative gift. A pleasant place to do business and find wonderful things for up-scaling.

I love the Add stores!!! The Soho store and the World Financial Center store both have a gorgeous selection of every type of accessory. If you're looking for a piece of jewelry that is not being worn by every other new yorker than this is where you go. The necklaces and earrings are my favorite -- handmade, high quality and original. Add also has great bags, shoes, scarves, hats and sunglasses.

Every time I go there, I see something different, the employees always remember me when I go back too! They're always friendly and helpful, even if I don't buy anything. A truly unique new york city boutique.

I really do love that store. They have a little bit of everything -- nice and well priced jewelry, some great tunics for summer. i love handbags- and that store always leave me satisfied and happy with my purchases. Wherever I shop there they always have an exclusive designers from Europe,USA and all over the world. Just got a gift for a friend - beach bag made in Madagascar.!!
I've been shopping there since the opening and always have something good to say about their owner and stuff. Girls are always helpful and sweet and I heard they had an employee who worked for them for 10 years - you won't last 10 years with "horrible owners". It's a small boutique they sell the product - they give you guarantee but the manufacture is the one who holds the responsibilities.
I really recommend this store to everybody as a great gift shop for a girlfriend, mom or co-worker.
Just be polite and smile - they will remember your name even a year later!

I bought a 600$ handbag for my wife and she didnt like the color. When I went and tried to return it, the sales person, her name was Nairi, would gladly exchange it but the owner would not let her do it.
WIll not buy from them ever again; however, sales person was VERY professional and kind.
0 starts for owners, 5 for sales person , 2.5 for the store.

I purchased a handbag on sale from this location only to take it home and find that one of the leather tabs on the zipper was missing. My fault, sure, for not checking closely before making a purchase. But then, when the zipper on this bag broke 4 months later, the store's only recourse was to give me the number of the manufacturer. I then had to fight with them to get my bag fixed.

If you want to spend more than $300 on a handbag, stick to a store with better service. This place is NOT worth it.
