Aura Car & Limo Service

Most fraudulent company there is. I called about an 11 person van and a 4 door sedan to take my friends from work and I to an amusment park. We were told it would be $600 there and back. Once the drivers came to collect us they told us it was $1200... They were charging us for trips when we weren't in the car, just the drivers driving to and from us. Never was I told the total cost would be 1200, even after I asked about it originally. Very deceptive and deceiving.

Worst service ever. I've tried them two times and never went back. and my wife tried them once. The driver flirted with her and was very playful. She felt unsafe and uncomfortable. And me personally I didn't like there service at all.

The cars messed up
If you really think you had a transportation service then where is (safety first)
I tried you guys 3 times and the 3 cars is not driving well
I didn't even mentioned how horrible your cars look like

It was a disaster. We were a family of three adults and three children. I told the rep that we needed a van and he assured me that he would send the appropriate vehicle. Needless to say, he sent a 4x4 which was too small. We had to sit on luggage in order to fit it all in to the car!

I ordered a sedan for our return due to the fact that we were only 2 adults. I called from my departing airport at 10:15 am to confirm and told the rep that our flight was delayed. He told me not to worry that they would be there. I called when we got our luggage and headed immediately out to the pick up area. I told the rep where we were and that we did not see the driver. After 4 phone calls and 40 minutes of waiting he told my husband that "he did not have a reservation for us" I told him that i was holding the confirmation in my hand! He kept on telling us that the driver was coming around to where we were. We gave up and headed across the street to take a yellow cab when he finally called the driver and the driver spotted us. He claimed he was waiting there all the time - HE WAS WAITING IN THE WRONG PICK UP AREA!! Total lies and the rep never called the driver for 40 minutes or called us to confirm anything. We had to call him only to be lied to.We wound up using the driver to take us home.since we were told that if we did not we would be charged. Total unnecessary aggravation and for this you have to pay $80.00+!!

My advice - find another Car company. They don't know how to treat a customer and they lie to you!!
