Great care taken to explain what the process is, what I should expect. Very attentive, even though I knew it was a busy time and the office was full. No rushing. Willing to take pauses while I thought of more questions. Felt that I was being well informed and not pressured to make decisions. Hearing aids are expensive and difficult to adjust to and this group of people made it all a comfortable situation.

Dr. Medina is very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. She is committed to helping her patients achieve maximum communication success through the use of hearing devices in combination with aural rehabilitation. She is a pleasure to work with and learn from. She is a kind, warm and skillful audiologist and I would recommend any individual having hearing difficulties to her!
